Phulkaaaaaa....!!!!

Hi Friends. I am back with a bang. This recipe has no such PERFECT STEPS but some tips so as to make the rotis fluffy and soft.

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
Water: As required
Oil: For kneading

Method:
Mix flour and add water to it as and when required and make a soft dough. After kneading the dough, in the last stage put some oil and knead again for 2-3 mins. More the kneading, more soft the rotis. After that, keep the dough covered with a muslin cloth for 15 mins. You should always give resting time to the dough.

Now, after 15 mins, knead the dough again and make small balls. Roll out rotis using flour but the dry flour should be used as less as possible.
To make the rotis blow up like balloon, you should roll out the rotis without getting crumpled.

Roast in a tawa. The tawa should  be properly heated else the roti will stick. Let it cook slightly on both the sides and then transfer it to the gas stove so it blows up and your phulkaas are ready. Apply ghee and then serve!!
