Churme ke Laddoooooo

Churme ke laddooo is a traditional recipe where you use wheat flour, ghee and jaggery/sugar and either laddoos are made or only churma is eaten without giving it a shape of laddoo.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour      1 bowl

Ghee (unsalted butter)
For frying and also for dough
1/3 bowl for dough and 1/2 bowl for frying

Jaggery             1/2 bowl

Cardamom powder     1 teaspoon

jaiphal powder           1/2 teaspoon

(Many people make it with help of sugar, but we make with Jaggery)

Procedure:
First take flour in a big plate. Add 1/3 bowl of ghee and make it a hard dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and each portion should be oval shaped with your hands.
Now heat ghee in a pan. Fry the oval portions of dough properly and fry it from all sides till it is hard.
Now break those fried portions into small pieces and make a fine powder of it in a mixer grinder.

Now take that powder is a large plate. Add the remaining ghee which you used for frying. Add cardamom powder and Jaiphal powder. If you like, you can add nuts also.

Then mix it properly. And see to it that the mixture is moist enough so that you can make laddoos. Now make proper laddoos out of the mixture.

Take some khus-khus and roll over the laddoos with it to give a nice effect!!
